It's up to superheros like Sgt. Kabukiman NYPD, Mad Cowboy, and Master Bator to protect Tromaville from The Noxious Offender, while Toxie tries to get out of the evil Amortville to stop Noxie. Meanwhile, Toxie's wife Sarah finds she's pregnant with both Toxie and Noxie's children.
