A nearby nuclear power plant is having some adverse effects on Tromaville High School. The honors society has been turned into a group of punk rockers known as the Cretins and they're dealing marijuana to students, which is changing them in bizarre ways. For example, a teenage couple, Warren and Chrissy, have sex after smoking the marijuana and Chrissy ends up giving birth orally to a monster, who's now stalking Tromaville High.
