Review: Cannibal! The Musical
Reviewed by: Justin Channell

This was my first exposure to Troma. I picked it up because I am a huge fan of Trey Parker and Matt Stone and have watched it to the point of memorization and it has become my favorite movie.

The film is based on the true story of Alferd Packer, a man who leads a group of miners to the gold bearing land of Breckenridge, Colorado. However, after several problems along the way, they eventually must resort to cannibalism to survive. Packer is the only surviving member and is convicted of cannibalism. When Polly Pry, a reporter from the Denver Post, speaks with Packer, he retells his story, complete with toe-tapping songs!

This film is absolutely brilliant. If you're a fan of any of Parker and Stone's work or if silly humor is up your alley, you can not miss this film.
