Review: The Toxic Avenger
Reviewed by: Justin Channell

What can I possibly say about The Toxic Avenger that probably hasn't been said before? Probably nothing, but I will say that it is the Troma film that started it all and if you haven't seen it, stop looking at this website immediately and go rent or buy a copy.

As you should already know, the film is about a 98lb weakling Tromaville Health Club janitor named Melvin who, after a severe humiliation, ends up diving head first from a window into a barrel of toxic chemical waste that transforms him into a hideously deformed creature of superhuman size and strength. He uses his newfound powers to clean up the corrupt town of Tromaville, much to the chagrin of the corrupt mayor, and meet a beautiful blind woman named Sarah, who he falls in love with.

As I said before, if you haven't seen this movie, you shouldn't be reading this website, you should be out at your local video store picking up a copy.
